RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
Dancers take risks. These include, but are not limited to sprains, bruises, pulled muscles, and broken bones. Participation in any Dance aTaK event indicates the acceptance of such risks by the dancer. By completing registration, you agree that you will not hold Dance aTaK or any of its staff responsible for injuries, illness, damages, or medical bills sustained while participating in any activity related to Dance aTaK.
PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
Observers, Dancers and teachers, by virtue of entering a Dance aTaK event, give their permission and consent to use their images, face, voice, photographs or appear in videos, social media for advertising, news coverage or any other commercial use of our events.
REFUNDS:
All registrations are non-refundable and only valid at the 2019 Dance aTaK Convention. CREDITS:
On a case-by-case basis, registered participants who must withdraw prior to the workshop's start date due to bodily injury may do so if authenticated with an doctor’s note. Participant will be credited the cost of the workshop to be used towards any future workshop produced by aTaK Productions, minus a $25 administrative fee. No credits will be given for any other reason.
